Make your pledge and get involved!
As part of National School Sport week we would like every school to organise a Mini Olympics within their school. The Olympics coming to the UK only happens once in a lifetime! This gives us a massive opportunity to get young people excited about Sport and Physical Activity!
Virtual Inter School Competition!

This year we are running a virtual inter school athletics competition. The format of the event is Quad Kids. If every primary school takes part we can get 6000 young people competing in one week!
How it works:
Each school runs a whole school Quad Kids event in school (can be done in one morning) where each pupil takes part in a throw, jump, short run and long run in a rotation. Ideally split your school into teams of mixed year groups and assign them a country to represent! The school completes the results spreadsheet and sends it to s.price101@durhamlearning.net once the event has taken place. The spreadsheet will tell you which individuals ( Mini olympics athletes!) and teams (countries!) win their school event and once all spreadsheets have been collected will give an overall Partnership winning school.
